It is now available in beta for eligible US users of Samsung Health<\/p>\n<p>Samsung promises that the Health Assistant will help you achieve your health and wellness goals by combining important health data with <a href=\"https:\/\/lumeamara.online\/?p=4491\" title=\"New Study Reveals Insights into Mental Health Trends in Youth\">insights<\/a> that empower you to ask questions about your health and &#8220;gain access to rich, personalized health guidance and recommendations&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Health Assistant connects your health information from Samsung Health&#8217;s &#8220;five pillars of wellness&#8221; &#8211; sleep, activity, nutrition, mindfulness, and vitals &#8211; and transforms the data into &#8220;meaningful, actionable insights, while explaining how each variable impacts the others&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It will identify patterns and signals you may otherwise miss, and provide &#8220;high quality recommendations that have been validated by a team of physicians and certified health coaches&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In the future, Health Assistant will &#8220;explore coaching to help users achieve their goals through behavior change and a wider set of services available in Samsung Health, such as weight management&#8221;. It will also use the Personal Data Engine as context to provide &#8220;highly personalized responses that are sensitive to a user&#8217;s schedule and preferences&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Hon Pak, Senior Vice President and Head of Samsung&#8217;s Digital Health team, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Our new Health Assistant advances Samsung\u2019s vision for Connected Care by giving users a deeper understanding of their mind and body through daily health monitoring and increasing opportunities for early detection.
