The event will be held at the center, located at 2151 Century Lane in Johnson City, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12. It is free and open to the public and will feature a kids’ zone for family fun
The JCCHC provides evidence-based care for patients seeking primary care, prenatal care and other needs for various population groups in the community. It is one of the few nurse-managed community health centers in the nation to be designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center, a prestigious marker that means the facility meets a range of nationally accepted standards
