MADISON, WI, August 13, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ — Sarah R. Branch has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Ms. Branch has established herself as a leading figure in holistic wellness in Madison, Wisconsin, where she is recognized for her commitment to fostering healing and self-acceptance within the community. As the founder and chief executive officer of Crash Box Therapy, which she established in 2024, she personally guides individuals through creative stress relief activities — including paint therapy and smash therapy as well as specialized date nights for couples — leads meditation and journaling sessions, and ensures that each space is maintained to the highest standards.
Through Crash Box Therapy, Ms. Branch has created an environment where overwhelmed individuals can unwind and begin to heal, develop greater self-acceptance and work through their stress and frustration, thereby experiencing greater well-being and fulfillment. In her ownership role, she oversees all aspects of the business, including marketing, community outreach and partnership development, inventory management, staff scheduling and welcoming clients.
Prior to founding Crash Box Therapy, Ms. Branch launched Earthly Temptations in 2020, transforming her vision into a thriving enterprise that promotes wellness of the mind, body and soul through holistic techniques, sound healing and herbal wellness. The success of both businesses stands as her proudest professional achievement, reflecting her dedication to meeting the needs of her community while advancing all-inclusive holistic practices.
Beginning her professional journey with roles that emphasized service and care for others, Ms. Branch served as a case manager and human services worker, connecting individuals with essential resources to help them lead successful lives. She also served as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) after earning her certificate while still in high school — a decision that was influenced by her upbringing in a family long dedicated to caregiving.
Alongside her primary roles, Ms. Branch is an active member of several industry-related organizations including the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, the Fitchburg Chamber of Commerce, Destination Madison and Dane Buy Local. Her unique approach and success in helping others relieve their stress saw her recognized with a special feature titled “Sarah Branch: Breaking the Mental Wellness Mold” in BRAVA Magazine in 2026.
Before embarking on her entrepreneurial path, Ms. Branch pursued higher education and earned an associate degree in human services from Madison Area Technical College in 2018. Reflecting on her storied journey to date, she attributes her success to maintaining an open mind and heart, being guided by God and keeping her life aligned with spiritual purpose. She credits the support of her ancestors as well as her faith for giving her strength during challenging times. Likewise, her personal experiences with adversity have deepened her empathy and understanding — qualities that remain central to her ability to help others achieve wellness.
Also known for her longstanding devotion to civic-minded initiatives, Ms. Branch serves as a mentor for various business owners in Madison and volunteers with organizations like YWCA, Black Girl Magic, Urban League of Greater Madison and The Foundation for Black Women’s Wellness, all of which are dedicated to providing empowerment and support within the community.
In recognition of her outstanding achievements over the years, Ms. Branch has been recognized with numerous awards and nominations. She was named among BRAVA Magazine’s Women to Watch in 2026, received the Rising Star Nomination from Destination Madison in 2025 and was honored with a People’s Choice Awards nomination from the Madison Black Chamber of Commerce in 2024. Earlier in her health and wellness career, she received a nomination from Wisconsin Economic Development Marketplace in 2023 as well as the Emerging Business recognition from the Madison Black Chamber of Commerce in 2020.
Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Ms. Branch enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, creating herbal products and infusions, painting and journaling as a balance to her professional responsibilities. She is also passionate about attending music festivals and poetry events, as well as writing her own poetry, and cherishes spending time with her friends and family.
Determined to further her impact in the coming years, Ms. Branch intends to establish additional partnerships with youth-serving organizations in Madison through Crash Box Therapy so young people can also access safe spaces and resources for emotional support. Her ongoing mission is to help as many individuals as possible identify their emotions and learn healthy ways to manage stress, continuing her lifelong commitment to service, healing and community well-being.About Marquis Who’s Who®:
